Todd Headley

Todd Headley

Todd served as CFO of Sourcefire (NASDAQ: FIRE), a Columbia, MD-based cybersecurity firm, from 2003 until its acquisition by Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) in 2013. Between 1992 and 2003, he held senior financial roles at four venture-backed tech start-ups – Riverbed Technologies, Roadshow, BioNetrix, and POMS, all successfully acquired. With expertise in scaling companies, managing M&A transactions, forging technology partnerships, and leading global expansion, Todd brings deep financial and operational insight. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in 1985, is a CPA, and holds a BS in Accounting from Virginia Tech. Todd is also a dedicated mentor, guiding professionals in their growth.

Jim is the CFO of BroadSoft, Inc. (NASDAQ: BSFT), a leading global provider of real-time communications software for telecom service providers, where he oversees financial and administrative operations. He successfully led BroadSoft’s IPO in June 2010 and brings over 20 years of financial and strategic leadership experience. Before joining BroadSoft, Jim served as CFO and COO at NetSec, Inc. (acquired by MCI) and as CFO and CSO at CareerBuilder.com, where he played a key role in driving the company’s rapid growth and market leadership. His career reflects deep expertise in scaling technology-driven organizations.

Steve Vintz

Steve Vintz

Steve Vintz is a seasoned and accomplished financial leader with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. As CFO of Tenable, he oversees global finance, legal, HR, and IT functions. Previously, he served as EVP and CFO at Vocus, Inc., where he led 40 consecutive quarters of revenue growth, an IPO, and multiple acquisitions before its 2014 sale. Earlier, at Snyder Communications, he directed strategic planning and more than 45 acquisitions, helping grow revenue from $86 million to nearly $1 billion. A CPA and award-winning executive, Steve holds a BBA from Loyola College’s Sellinger School of Business.

Eligibility

Requests for membership in the Tech CFO Network are reviewed by the Steering Committee. Membership guidelines generally include the following:

  • I am a CFO at a technology, media or telecom company in the greater Washington area.
  • I agree to keep my member data current.
  • I agree to the TCN mantra of “give to get”- giving advice and counsel, not just receiving it.
  • I have read the TCN website code of conduct.
  • I agree to inform the TCN if I no longer meet the eligibility requirements.
